Return Policy
We offer refunds, if requested, within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
Return shipping charges and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email at everythingkikoi@gmail.com and our customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
Exchange Policy
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging.
If you have an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. Once we have received the item, our team will send you a confirmation email.
Customer will be liable for payment of any shipping charges with exceptions to return of defective items.
